1) What is the bit/samplerate of the samples included in ST2 and SS2?
2) The link to the group buy bundle still up. Does it mean I can still order at that price - and if so, does it still include amplitube?

I'd contact esoundz support directly for availability. The product link disappeared from the home site of their web shop, so I guess it's officially over. Ask them directly, better call them up, and negotiate.

The group buy deal is over. The link is old. There's definitely no free AmpliTube because that was an IK promotion that was over last month. However, you can always contact sales@esoundz.com and try to get some kind of bundle deal as close as possible to it. It won't be the same but then that is what those limited time deals are for! Gotta get them in that window of time they are offered to take full advantage.
As for the samples, some are done at 16 and some are done at 24 and the processing in it I believe is 32 bit.
