I loved Altern8.
Full on Mask Hysteria was a fantastic album.

but I don't know where you can get it

I'm using mostly iTunes, but they don't have anything for Altern 8...

It is technically legal, but only due to odd Russian copyright laws regarding the transmission of copyrighted material electronically. To my knowledge, only one man sees any profits from that site. Legal, but unethical.

I'd personally have no problem downloading such a long out of print album, but I certainly wouldn't let someone profit from it.

I had a bunch of Altern 8 tracks on loads of early 90s rave compilations. Still got a huge soft spot for that stuff. You wouldn't think it from listening to my output, but I can trace pretty much everything I do back to listening to rave/techno as a kid.

I'll sort you out with some mp3s if you can't find any to buy. Everything is deleted now and early 90s rave isn't exactly in fashion at the moment
