I'm not being sarcastic, but why don't you borrow a guitar and record some? You don't need to be able to play it, just hold a finger across the strings and record as you move it up and down the fretboard.

There's a Guitar_FX soundfont on hammersound.net. There's also a fret noise patch (#120, or #121 in base 1) in GM, and if you have several GM banks you can mix and match. The Ultimate Guitar Kit 2 soundfont by geoffkhan has some non-tone noises as well.
