Yup, they had a good run of 8 years, two repairs and intense use, but they finally died.

So now I need new ones.

These are on sale for $20. Anyone used them.

also looking at these and these and these.

Has anyone used any of these, or do you have any recommendations for quality headphones that are under $50?

Thanks

I see a pattern... Does it have to be a "DJ" model, or will more general targeted ones suffice also?

I've used a pair of Sony's for well over 10 years now. Same price range, but not really quality. For me, quality would be Sennheiser or BeyerDynamic. But you'd need to save a bit more cash.

They don't have to be DJ headphones, just seems like the DJ phones have a good freqyency range and large drivers for under $50.

and they're silver :hihi:

Pretty hard to find quality sub $50 cans, you might want to at least up your budget to $70-$99

However...

Some Sub-$50 headphones that don't totaly suck:
Sennheiser HD 212 Pro (probably your best bet)
Sennheiser HD 457
Sennheiser PX100
Sennheiser HD 202
ATH-M40
Koss PortaPro
AKG K 55

Voivoid, I'm surprised I am pointing this out...but I believe there are differences between M40's and M20's (and no the 40's aren't twice as good :hihi: )...are the M20's as articulate as the 40's?
