When Cubase SX 3.02 is loading, I get this windows message -
Cubasesx3.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
This happens when the cubase is initalizing the Time Stretch.
Already tried to remove&install again, already tried to reboot and all this usaul stuff.
SX 2 works fine though.

If you bought it, join Cubase.net, fill in the dongle reg number in your profile and you'll get help.

I think that the looptalk forum over at flstudio.com has a fix for this...

SX3 has given me all sorts of issues like that, It wouldnt mixdown audio on a track last week and this week it wont bounce audio of a diff track.
I can workaround it as I have two soundcards (but shouldnt have to.)
I have not bothered with Steiny support cos 1. they are not very good (if you spoke to Arbiter you know what I mean)
2. I think my problem may be related to my EMU soundcard
(I am on a legit version of SX3 and have been since it came out.)

Just to uncover that mist- I am using a (half) legit version of SX3 (I brought home the one I bought to my studio). cubase.net are not very good at answering good, though I sent mail to their support.
Since it may take a while and time equals money in my world
, I would gladly get any help / idea of what to do.
and here you go, now I have two posts.
cheers,
dBirty

ummm.....you're allowed to have sx3 on multiple systems....but it will only run on whichever one the dongle is plugged into at a time....so u just cant use both systems simultaneously....but seriouisly....just call their tek support line dude

Here is the fix for those errrors.
1. Uninstall all crack software and vsti's
2. Remove cubase
3. Reinstall cubase.
4. Insert dongle
5. Click on cubase short cut on desk top.
Hope this helps.
Just a joke so dont freek out.
