Here's a sound example.
I took one of Kong Audio's free loops, which plays dry at the beginning, and then plays just through the filterbank. Might not impress everybody, but I'm not really out to impress, just providing an example.
Might not be the filter for you if you're just out to get that same old trance filter-sweep thing, but I'm usually surprised people are still after that sound in their music, so your mileage may vary.

Soundwise I did not see anything special also.
The only magic I can see, is the stereo processing. But that can be reached with any stereophonic filter.
