Does any know if Chainer can associate MIDI program change message with the VST presets that it saves ?

Some VSTs do not allow patch selection thru MIDI and I'm looking for a host that could a least help a little.

In other words, I would go through the VST's patches using its own menus and save presets that I like using Chainer and then it should be possible to associate MIDI program change message with a particular preset I saved before.

If Chainer cannot do it, is there another host that could ? Maybe I should look at Forte ?
