I am using plogue bidule as host and Kontakt and Ambience as plugins, with M-audio 24/96 ASIO output.
When I play in real time, Kontakt alone has negligible latency, but when I route output through Ambience this increases significantly, probably to 40-50 msec.

Is there any way I can minimise this?

Are you letting some of the dry signal through? If not look at the predelay setting... All wet signal will be delayed by this amount.

My host doesn't have PDC.

Can I compensate for the latency with Voxengo's LatencyDelay or AudioDelay? By what amount?

It has no latency, so no need to compensate.
