NI rego: "serious error has ocurred"

i keep getting this message when i try to register my new ni storms drums:

"A serious server-related error has occurred. The session has been ended and our webmaster has been automatically informed about the problem. Please excuse this inconvenience."

has anyone else seen this ? i can't send them a support request (same error) or log into their forum (same error). i have three days left to register.

i'm seeing the red error message on this page.... could someone else have a look please ? is it working OK for you or are you getting the server error message here ?

I am getting the same message on this page, and every other page on their site. Looks like they have a serious server error

thanks very much. ni seems to be having a lot of site issues lately. hopefully they can sort things out before my instruments lock out !

I suggest you contact NI sales and ask them about refund procedures should their product prove unusable due to their inability to authorize - not necessarily in order to return the product, but to get the dim little lightbulb to go on at NI that says that it will cost them money to not fix things.

I managed to get my Reaktor 5 upgrade authorized last week, but it did take a couple of days before I had a window where their server was working.
