She plays guitar, and drums and maybe some other instruments. On her DVD "Live and off the Record" she played drums and guitar on stage.

In other words you are acknowledging the sexism inherient in the music industry. If you are an unattractive dude with mad skills on an instrument you might have place. If you are an attractive dude with moderate skills, you have a place. If you are a woman who is attractive with no skills and can barely sing but is 'sexy as hell' you definitely have a place. If you are a somewhat attractive woman with an ok voice and can play an instrument moderately well you have as place. If you are an unattractive woman who can't sing but is a virtuoso on an instrument you have no place.

So i find it ridiculous when people get upset about the britneys and such in the world when usually these people are men who by paying attention to them enforce the system which boosts the britneys at the expense of more qualified female musicians.
