I own an ADK TC and an Audio Technica 4047SV. They are both amazing vocal mics, imho.
I've bought and sold the Studio Projects C1, sE Electronics h3500 and Rode NT1. They're decent for the money...
I would look into the AT 4040. Audio Technica makes a great mic. The 4040 is a steal at 200 bucks!

I consistently hear that the studio projects C-1 is a world class mic at a project studio price, but I havent pulled the trigger yet. On a gamble I purchased NADY SCM-95 small diaphragm condensers(2 at 59 bucks each) and love the way the sound on anything from vox, to my piano to my acoustic guitar. For now thats all I use. I will eventually get an AKG 414 or 2 for my piano, that combination sounds delicious.

I use a MXL V67 for vox, I have no complaints, but then it was a freebie (swag)...

I wasn't laughing at you, just bad timing...
I must say, though, that Donks and Sickle would win any gross out contest they entered.
Here in the Northland, many of us take pride in our ability to make our cohorts wince or gag with a well timed bit of disgustingness. But those two are on another level entirely.
