Dig it. Great hooky main theme. Interesting way the lead plays these alternating closely syncopated notes. Very effective.

Knoob will definitely lead the next wave of euro-dance (all the burn-outs will start dancing more slowly -- ala disco) :hihi: Likable pedestrian beat with good mix and structure. Maybe a little loudness could be applied. :)
Many thanks for the comments guys :D

Next time i'll deliver some more energetic stuff
to see if i can get Xander on the dancefloor :hihi:

Right!

I be a-shufflin and a-stylin me way across the neon floor -- but make sure to include at least five giant mirror-balls an a strobe light... :hihi:

Post

since I entered this month, I've got to vote and want to give the tracks all at least one listen.

Here's the start of my listening notes:

Aieda Cin - Thioloscator (sp?)

Very nice - I love the coldplay-like guitar explosion at 1:01. I wish I knew what the vocals were saying. Very nice harmonies and reversed reverb effects on some of them.

12Many - Deal With It

Nice 80's pop here. Perhaps a drop of the crunch guitar here and there would have provided a nice dynamics change. The "Hey-yeah-yeah, whoa baby" is very pop, could be used in a class on how to make an 80's vocal track.

Knoob - TheKube

Really like the sorta-arps at 0:40. Would have liked more than just a few seconds of the bwahppy sounds near the end.

Nikp2000 - KVR Star

The main thing that didn't work for me on this track was the 'blummy bass' - needs more punch. I'm trying to figure out if the vocals are intentionally out of tune in places, perhaps for comic effect?

damstraversaz - hora

Intersting for perhaps a pensive moment in a film - but needs some kind of theme and resolution both rhythmically and melodically.

niko - sign me

Some nice dry crunch rhythm and leads there niko. Kept the crunch out of the bottom, which keeps the sound tight.

splynter - the arrival

the spectrum analyzer on Winamp is pegged across the whole spectrum on some sections yet it doesn't sound crowded or muddy - nice work. I would have made the hi-hats travel left/right a little to give the song a little more 'space'

liqih - Here Comes Dee Bass

Is it the fish or the instrument? I can picture some of this song as a theme for a cartoon about an oversized and awkward fish.

PawPawPatch - The Making of Ricky Krews

I want to know more about Ricky Krews but can't tell from the TI speak n spell lyrics what is being said about him, but after all, he is who he is.

Well, that'll have to do it for tonight - RMIV just came in the mail with Tracktion 2 today and it's time to see what it's all about.

Possibly, but given the entries so far (that I've listened to), hers is by far the most commercial and wouldn't be out of place on the radio. Not my cup of tea, personally, but well done.

Rollasoc (not submitting this month, the weather is to hot to be stuck inside recording / reviewing at the moment).

Love the bass and wonky wahy lead. Very catchy, would like to hear a longer version.
