Hello I'm looking for effect allowing multiple frequencies selection (discrete/band) and placing them in different pan position/stereo surround. I want it for enhancement mono songs->stereo, not for audio production and therefore - is there anything like that available for free?

I think I will start with Acousmodules surround spatializer + individual filter/eq for each spatializer output, everything mixed down to stereo within one Tracktion rack.

Voxengo Soniformer does stereo panning up to 32 Bands.
