Dude, you missed (or at least missed his really vital organs). Are you over that Jodi Foster thing yet?

You won't get sued. It's your name and (I assume) you can prove it. Just say, "Shot Reagan? He was shot? Is he okay?" And they'll pro'ly leave you alone.

negativeland got sued by those righteous industry slimeballs U2 for putting a picture of a U2 spyplane on one of their covers. you can get sued for some ridiculous things. in your case it may be some moral crusader group who will (righly) point out that you're trying to profit by the fame of a would-be assassin.

it doesn't matter that it's your own name. just like with negativeland it didn't matter that it was a picture of a us air force 'U2' plane.
