But remember, Nietzche was actually a good writer. When he is difficult to understand it is because his thought is highly referential, assuming a rather thorough acquaintance with european intellectual history. Not because he couldn't be arsed to check his sentence structures.
In fact, Nietzche is known to have been POLITE in all of his contacts with people. He saved his bombast for his books, which he WORKED REALLY HARD ON, throwing away draft after draft until it was PERFECT.
And what is sad is that for all this work, his books received less attention in his lifetime than ANY ONE of xoxos' rants.
Sorry, but I am a fanboy when it comes to ol' Friedrich.
