If someone could help me I'd appreciate it a lot.
I've just connected my new synth but I can't control it via MIDI.
I've connected the midi out of my soundcard to the midi in of the synth, and the audio out of the synth to the audio in of the soundcard.
I open FL and when I play the synth it sounds perfect.
Now I don't know how to control it via midi. I've opened a MIDI OUT plugin and selected port 1 and channel 1 but nothing sounds.
I'm a total newbie concerning midi out and hardware, if you could please help me...with a little patience...
thanks in advance

You can't really be blamed, the way FL studio has been built upon the core of what it used to be: " a drum-machine like sequencer" makes it sometimes pretty difficult to do the most basic things.

thanks. and since I had never worked with midi out before, I hadn't noticed that. anyway it's never late for learning.

being nice to others and not so sarcastic is also a hard task, it seems.oh yes - enabling midi-out is really a hard task
Ah Hink, thanks. Can I rely on your help if I need some further help? I'm considering using FL as a plugin inside another sequencer such as Sonar which may be better for midi and audio purposes. any info or help is welcome. many people say there's a problem of sync between FL and hardware synths. I'll check it out.
thanks mate
