Hey.. when I plug in my guitar to my comp and thru some program (eg. FL studio)I get the original sound AND the processed sound..
Is it possible to hear just the processed sound and not hear the original sound at all?

Yeah, switch off the input monitoring feature!

no
.. then it only gives me the unprocessed sound and that's the opposite of what I want.. maybe I wasn't clear enough..
If I load up Amplitube and a preset Lead.. I want to hear only the sound that goes through amplitube and comes out of it processed (distorted etc).. and I don't want to hear my original clean sound..

I think we understand you pretty well. You are monitoring (hearing) the inputs directly. This is normally an ASIO feature of your soundcard. Go to its control panel, and switch it OFF.
