FM3's ambient music box

I just came back from a great gig.
FM3 presented his music, sitting on the floor, with a tiny mixer, a stomp-box and three mysterious boxes. After that, Gregg Kowalski did a stunning laptop set with lots of beautiful harmonics. After that, they decided to team up and do an impromptu jam-session.
Beautiful, quiet music to drift away to.

Anyway, after the gig, Christiaan (FM3) explained that the mystery-boxes were his latest release.
His music is quiet, lo-fi loop-heavy ambient and he figured he couldn't release a whole CD with 9 minute loops.
So, instead he had his loops burned to chip, and released his music in a small plastic box, about half the size of a pack of sigarettes, with a speaker and a headphone-out. There's a toggle-switch which switches between the 9 tracks. It's called the Buddha Box. It's like a little lo-fi digital music-box.

I think this is a great and unique way to release this kind of music. Ambient music at it's purest. I love the gritty quality of the 8-bit samples and I think the aliasing adds to the texture of the music.
I've been listening to one of the loops for I don't know how long exactly. Hypnotic.
