mp3 conversion problem

I am using a DJ software that uses it's own "OTS" file format and I have just 1 mp3 file that won't convert to OTS,I imported the mp3 file into Goldwave and it shows as 44.1 and 128kbs and the file sounds smooth so I don't think it is corrupted in any way, I then tried using Musicmatch to convert the file to wav but I get an error message saying
"Invalid input file", anyone got any ideas why I am having trouble converting this one mp3 file? Or any fixes?
