Me too. Besides, I have to submit before life becomes too busy again and I totally forget about the competition until its even too late to vote as happened to me last month!!!!

I'm in.
I wrote a little bit about it over at the Auditorium, and can't be bothered typing it all over again.
I forgot to put in the entry that it was all done in Reason and rendered through the FinalMix in Tracktion (Jazz Final Mix Preset).
Some good songs this time around I hear - Wopelka, your entry was amazing! But there were others as well. I don't know if I'll have time to review a lot this month, with vacation and stuff (less than two weeks to Underworld at the Heineken Music hall in Amsterdam!
). Plus, I think I'm buying a guitar this week, so f**k typing!
BTW - a dedicated review thread is a brilliant idea!
Cheers. Bedtime.

I just noticed liqih's "Tip Tap Stomp" shows in WinAmp as 2:01 long. The extra second is silence, but . . . just in case strictness rules (I think the length rule is very strict), I'd hate to see it dq'd.

Yeah, there's some really great rhythms this month. Smart theme! But Shuzhen, your song is encoded too high (max: 128 kbps) ...and seems to have a rather abrupt ending.

Owhnowh! Forgot to drop the bitrate. Thanks for saying You(tm). I made the ending like that to get past the 02:00 limit. Let there be loop. =)

This is a tough one for me. Nothing I have tried is appealing to my muse. I have some ballet-like music in the works but it will take more than a few weeks to finish and will not fit the time requirements esp since it is not written for this contest. I tried to make what I imagine is a clubby dance track. Lots of bouncing arps and such. It's gawd awfull crap that actually makes me nauseous.
I think it's time to go to waltz time. May a slow tempo blues waltz. Even I can relate to dancing to that - back when I used to go to High School dances to bask in female contact.
End of rant!

I was playing with my competition edit while downloading the rsmus7 video of The Garden Party. Suddenly the sound from the download started up in the middle of my track and I thought - Yes, serendipity!
Sooo.. if you were in the vid, you're on the choon.
