Can anyone get to the Ableton site right now? I can't get to it (though I can ping it ok); maybe they have released 5.0!

Yeah, it seems its down. They had one of those auto spam posts last night that was advertising 'incest pics', so i suppose they've taken the site down for a bit of maintainance or something.

It was just after they announced there was a new beta up too.

The site was down overnight (Germany time)following the release of beta9, but is now back up. The beta is still only for the established testing groujp of around 1000, and as one of the lucky ones I can tell you that Live 5 is going to astound people. It is another massive step forward, believe me!

The beta will go totally public in the next few days, so anyone (even those who are not registered Ableton users) can get an early look at Live 5.

The release is on track for the end of July.
