AH!!!! Forget zuckerwatte.

Ancoats, meet netsound. Netsound, ancoats.

If he were to practice long and hard, he might make... oh, say, a halfway-useful doormat -- for someone with far looser standards than mine. *ponder* What's zuckerwatte up to these days? We might be able to make two people happy with one match-up!
zuckerwatte turned up again a little while back. He wasn't being a twat. Maybe there's hope for your little pet.

You're right, I forgot. If he can be cured, then the little one might well not be beyond hope.

And I thought netsound was your pet. No? My apologies. Maybe we ought to call the pound.

[edit] Wow! Cygwin's finally done installing. If you select all options, it takes a loooooooong time. =@.@= Woo hoo, got bash again! And all the other goodies. *luxuriates* Ah, life is good.

It was your leg he was rubbing against, I thought he must be yours.
I'll gladly have him. I'll make a vet's appointment to get him done.

Trying to rub, maybe. I've got no fleas, so it's obvious he didn't come near.

Vet -- good idea, that. He'll become calmer, more affectionate, and most importantly he won't make more like him. (I know, the risk is vanishingly small now, but why take even the tiniest chances?) It's the kindest thing, really. Don't forget the neuticles. "It's like nothing ever changed!"

That is so touching. I'll sort the little chap out.

Can't we get back to our somewhat civilized discussion regarding the pros and cons of mastering music theory? If you truly wish to discuss fellating skunk testicles, please start your own thread -- preferably somewhere in a galaxy far, far away from this one.

It was a feeble sally, the merest of squibs. Beneath notice. And I think he's been scolded sufficiently since.

Now, about music theory: I've forgot half the theory I learned in college, but just what's left is enough to stand me in good stead. Shame I haven't a scrap of talent to go with it! :-D

i have little knowledge of theory,i do however have a drug powered imagination.
what i also have is respect from people i could never have hoped to acheive it from for what i do.
i think whichever side you attack sound manipulation(or music) from,so long as you enjoy it and dont worry about how other people are enjoying it,then youll be fine.if we all like and played the same things it would be pants.but also be willing to learn from the other side too, like i said i have little knowledge theory wise but im learning.if however when ive learned what my little brain allows i find it doesnt help me achieve what IM after then i may or may not use it?

...while on the other hand, I'd like a nice Project Studio and a Hammond B-3. :D

I'd settle for that, yes. I've always wanted a big [worded carefully to avoid overstimulating you-know-who]-> Hammond. =^_^=

Just cause you know the all the letters of the alphabet and the language doesn't make you a great writer.

Just cause you know the chemical composition of paint doesn't make you a picasso.

I'd listen to something original and inspiring any day over any scholary music. Yea I hate clasical its kind of anoying and skitzo type music. Too dicki twinki tow animal farm glory days, As for jazz, its ok but never got ito it. and I don't like rap anymore, never care for the stupid dave matheus type bands either
You're an idiot. Picasso was formally trained. Indeed his father was an art teacher.
In fact the only autodidact among the early modernists was "the douanier" Rousseau.
Still I'd hardly expect an idiot who uses Picasso in such an example to have heard of him.
you should be embarassed for being so rude.
