Sutcliffe Jugend were, along with Whitehouse, Ramleh and Consumer Electronics, the earliest pioneers of power electronics, the more extremist and confrontational baby of 'industrial music' at the beginning of the 1980's.
Emil Beaulieu is the alias of Ron Lessard, America's greatest living noise artist and operator of the RRRecords store and mailorder service, one of the greatest sources of extreme experimental music on earth for the last few decades.
Prurient is a relative newcomer - dense noise electronics with a touch of dark sinister ambience.
Jessica is an electroacoustic glitch type with a degree, popular recently amongst noiseheads.

Wish I could be there - it's going to be intense.

I saw some footage of RRRon a while ago. His stage-performance is as... wild and energetic as his music.

Hmmm. For some reason I always thought Sutcliffe Jugend was William Bennett. I need to do more research.

Wish I could be there, too. Great and exciting line-up. Albeit one to bring ear-plugs, I suppose.

It was announced on Iheartnoise and Power Electronics Discussions not too long ago.

I'd really like to see SJ tour over here at some point, but I doubt it'll happen - seems to be a one off.

RRRon/Emil played here recently though and was pretty amazing.
