Hi,
I just logged into my Esoundz account for the first time today and discovered I am a member. I was wondering how I could go about becoming a higher member, as I have already purchased SS1, the expansiion disc and all the expansion tanks released by Esoundz (as far as I know)?

It depends on how active you are on eSoundz. It works a bit like a brick-and-mortar store: the more you buy, the more you are recognised as a "regular", and the better discounts the store staff give you.
From the sounds (no pun intended!) of it, you're pretty close to upgrading the the next member level. Have you thought about getting Miroslav Philharmonik?

I've definately thought about Miroslav Philharmonik, and am going to buy it eventually. Only thing is, I'm a broke college student right now, so I'm working on the funds at the moment!

esoundz is designed to serve the person who really understands how important sound content is and wants to commit to what we offer on the site and therefore deserving a break. Or another way to put it is that it is for sound junkies! 
But, the idea is that if you are the casual shopper then there are stores out there that all compete for saving you $10 here and there. If you are getting into the esoundz world it is kind of like a "sound club" more than just a traditional retailer. Currently the membership levels which entitle users to special discounts and other benefits are done automatically based on how much you order per year. But, we've had some requests to also sell upgrades to gold and platinum memberships for people that know they will be buying a lot of products but just haven't done it yet... kind of like the chicken or the egg thing.
So, what we're working on (I can tell you this secret) is a bundle product you can buy on esoundz that is a bump to the next level from wherever you are combined with an downloadable sounds coupon (so you really are mostly just paying for that and not just for "future discounts"). This way you get to cherry pick some sounds ala carte and the next time you purchase anything big on esoundz you get the benefits of gold or platinum membership. There will be MORE benefits coming as well (for those wondering). We're still rolling out all of these creative ideas on how to please esoundz customers and keep you guys coming back!
