Is the Funkimosis mp3 the one with Deep Bass set on it? If not, can you make a mp3 showing off the Deep Bass soundset?

Yes, Funkimosis has the deep bass set in it. At first you hear the funk bass sound, but during the solo and the melody, that low bass sound that's sync'd with the kick drum is the deep bass. That's what I use the deep bass mostly for.

For example, if you listen to Marcus Miller songs, when he takes a solo you'll notice there's a low bass track (usually sync'd with the kick drum for best effect) backing him up, so when he starts soloing the bottom doesn't drop out.

Ok, as a bass player I can say WOW to those audio clips......but I'm confused just a bit.

I have wusikstation......and I see that it will work.....but is there anything that I won't be able to do vs manystation?

No difference at all...
The Preset Bank will even load in WusikStation and as The UBK does not use any ManyStation soundsets in the presets..... That means all will load and work in WusikStation exactly as they do in ManyStation. That said though .... You still won't have all the great original Guitars and Basses that are in ManyStation
