Still experiencing the Sonar4 sound quality anomaly.!!!!

After some help by you guys, and quite a bit of reading, nothing i have tried can explain, or correct, the difference in sound quality between a track played WITHIN Sonar4, and a bounced track OUTSIDE of Sonar4. Perhaps i should ask, am i the only person who hears this? Tracks are so dynamically clear, separated and loud while playing my track inside sonar 4, but not only do i get clipping on the bounced track, if i lower the volume of all my buses in order to remove the clipping, i lose that sweet, dynamic sound quality. It makes no sense and makes mastering my track only an attempt to get back my original sound quality!
