Playback mp3s at different speeds and pitches?

Does anyone know of an application or plugin which can play back mp3 files and allows the playback speed and pitch to be adjusted independently?

One thing I want this for is to be able to make it easier to learn songs that aren't recorded at concert pitch without having to re-tune my guitar.
