I think TagScanner will do what you want. I haven't tried it with Vorbis but from the material I believe it does.

I'm quite likeing MediaMonkey in general, for organizing my library. I can export the track list to convenient formats, too (ie. Excel, XML) but I've not dicked around trying to get the entire track list condensed to just an artist and album list. I'm sure you could use Excel or the XML to do it, but I'm not familiar enough with either of those things.

I coulda sworn I tried TagScanner, but maybe not. I'll double-check. If it's the one I was thinking of, it was similar-- generating an entire track list but not something smaller.

I tried media monkey for a couple of days and took it off my system. Just didn't like it. I do use tagscanner quite a bit though.
