Hi,
In Orion when I insert some of my VSt instruments - Hypersonic in this case- I get 4 slots in the FX window for each single instrument. Imagin would would happen if I used 6 or more vst instruments!
Thanks for any help.
A hopefully easy Orion question!

I do not know the latest Orion version, or how it handles multi-output VSTi's, but in other hosts (such as SX) some VSTi can be configured to use only the required amount of outputs.
For the Hypersonic, that is configured from setup page, where each output (up to 16) may be set to Stereo, mono, quad or off.
After saving that as the default setting, restart the Hypersonic, and only the required amount of outputs are shown.

Cant do anything about that in Orion. Try doing what Bas said, and see if you can configure it to one single streo output.

I think so. anyway I'm going to follow your advice.4 slots in the FX window???? What FX window? Do you mean 4 mixer strips?
P.S. Apart from that problem (hope I'll solve it) Orion has the most inviting environment I've ever dealt with!!
