I'm looking for a midi filter because I have a keyboard that sends velocity value 100 max.
So, I want to scale velocities.
On windows, I used to use midi-ox but now I'm looking for a linux equivallent.

Anyone making music on linux or knows velocity scaler or midi filter for linux??

What about some of the programs you'll find on Tim Conrady's Atari Midi website? You can use them in Linux by running STeem Engine...an Atari ST emulator.
