someone had this problem a couple months ago with a controller, but I can't remember who...if I had to guess I would say Meffy.

Anyhow I had the same problem then as well and I discovered this week that if I do not power my Edirol PCR50 with the usb, but use the power supply all is fine...I hope this helps atleast one person...made me happy...:)
