hey, no idea how to manage banks, where to put them, how you know which bank goes to what fx, please help!!!

folders with the names of the vst's in a folder called banks?

I usually put banks in subfolders under the FX itself. -> host/vst-dx/effect/presets. I know that some hosts want them in a different subfolder altogether, though, but still a subfolder of vst-dx. -> host/vst-dx/presets/effectname.
It's better to burn out...than it is to um..to um...well, something, anyway...
