Funny. Every time there's an argument about downloading MP3's we get a whole raft of 'the systems gotta change'. But when actual changes are proposed by a body that might have the power to enact those changes, nobody's interested.

from what im reading tho it covers artists not specifically labels?
surely anything that makes an artist get the royalties hes due without any shit is a good thing?

If they manage to implement an all-inclusive system it would certainly be a step in the right direction.
Aren't the country specific organizations, PRS etc. going to fight this tooth & nail though?

well thats the suggestion put forward here,to amalgamate all the countries online income into one lump.thus makin it easier for the artist to access.or am i reading it wrong?
