I couldn't even make it all the way, thought I'd start a new one...

Moog: i had 3 (Sonic Six, Prodigy, Multi Moog) sold 'em all for money issues, dumb dumb, wish i didn't...loved 'em all

Doepher: sure, the plugs get crowded and noisey...but they sound good, have lots of very cool mods, and you can't argue with the bang for buck..

Yamaha: never had a problem with any Yamaha product EVER, well, my DX100's power plug area there is a little messed up, piece a tape fixed, too minor to mention, but i believe in being honest...the sound is generally good and the operation and manuals don't cause me to smash my head into the wall...and my yamaha bass RULES..love the AW4416..SPX990 (used most SPX's)..DX, TX, need i go on (okay their analog mono thingy don't count)

I like Ibanez guitars....

I like a lot of Fender Guitars

Sony makes good headphones...

How about SHURE people??? There's a good American brand (chest out, local to me)

i really like my Zalman Cpu Cooler Fan..they are so, so sweet on the phone, so f**king helpful..wish it was all that easy...

Heineken...never got a hangover...

Mackie...figure it out, they actually changed the marketplace...

Nord...they deliver what they say...it just plain works...no "driver" issues, sound is good, ultimate flex...still doing it....

oh oh oh... SOVTEK!!!! had to buy two, but i got the Big Muff i always deserved....

and i have issues with Roland...but they made great guitar pedals and had a lot of innovations...goddamn i wouldn't be the person i am without the MPU101....

and i'll keep fishing and eating meat too...

Yamaha
Yes, I think you are right. I think the only thing I have right now is this little mixer.....it's the bomb though
I like a lot of Fender Guitars
If you are willing to keep pulling em' off the shelf and find one that work for YOU, yep, they are great. Got real lucky recently with a new tele american deluxe........just one of those times where you pick up something and say......."I have to have this"
It's just been a real pleasure.
How about SHURE people
What would we do without shure? Seriously!

I have to add emg pickups. Quiet, clean, easy to install, super-durable, and depending on your setup, versitile.

I just love em

Post

Yamaha, maker of fine electronic instruments
Ultrasone, maker of fine headphones
Universal Audio, maker of a fine DSP card and plugins
Dogfish Head, maker of fine beers

I was going to say Access but you can only buy the same synth so many times, even if it is a really good one from a great company.

COCA-COLA and MARLBORO!

I've been buying them daily for longer than I can count. ;)

Ernie Ball Guitars! And strings! :) :) :)

Gear: Ibanez- Best basses under a grand. I have a Soundgear 405 which when I bought it out played everything in GC but the $2k Warwick. I just wish there was a fretless.

Soundcraft- The Ghost is the best studio mixer anywhere near its pricepoint; you've got to go real high-end to beat it, and the older models still sound good and are cheap on ebay.

Audio Technica- All those mics do is sound good. And I bought 5 pairs of $25 headphones, the MT2x or something for my studio in '94 and three pair are still in action.

Used/extinct: Ensoniq, Ensoniq, Ensoniq. My favorite synths and effects. My sonic thumbprint during the '90s, and again when I restock. I still mourn every day.

Software: Kjaerhus and Cakewalk, but I shouldn't name any synth companies in case I do or ever will support their formats with Dangerous Bear.

Consumer products: Yeungling beer, Jim Beam bourbon, Safeway Select sodas, Kraft Barbecue Sauce. All taste best in class to me(ok, Makers, but Beam for VFM) and are affordable.

ya lost me on ensonic (i had a mirage, my wife's old one is still in the closet) but ya got me back on beam...but then ya lost me again on KRAFT BBQ SAUCE???? (sorry, we got "sweet baby ray's" here in chicago).......

wink wink,

dynaudio - their speakers absolutely rock, been super happy with 'em.

sennheiser - same with their headphones, even though some models seem to have problems with the wires breaking up, my 595s have been perfect so far.

korg - i've owned at least three synths of theirs (wavestation a/d, polysix, 05r/w) during the years and liked all of them. now i have one of their controllers (microkontrol) and it isn't bad at all either.

ohmforce / g-force - what can i say? some of the most awesome soft stuff on the market, i'm still missing at least oddity, ohmboyz and m-tron of their plugins that i want... hell, make it a few more :)

ableton - they're bringing fresh simplicity to sequencer market and i'm starting to like live5 more and more as the beta phase nears its end.

apple - even though jobs is an arrogant bastard and some of their stuff is overpriced, i still like osx a lot and my laptop has given me zero big problems during two years of use which is more than i can say for most of the other computer stuff i've owned. and now that emagic equals apple, i have to actually give THEM kudos for the sequencer i use and love (logic).

some of the first ones that came to my mind...
never stop loving music.
