well, lab will be releasing solo albums, but i havn't found infos on an actual split, i know you metioned it already some time ago, and it would be sad, but they are still maintaining their site, posting info on the solo projects, so they might as well work together again in the future, we'll see

yup, that's what i am talking about

you know, lamb split after their first album, after their second album and after their third album as well, so it would be bad news if they would NOT split after the 4th album

if there is no new album within 5 years i'll start to worry, but not now

portishead were in sydney, australia working on new material, at least that was the news a good 5 years ago. its hard to imagine portishead releasing new material unless they reinvent - a "classic' portishead album m,ight to me seem a bit of an anachronism.
