real time moving sound source plug-in

Hi,
I'm Stefano from Bologna. I'm working on a Feedback system for rehabilitation purposes. I need to simulate a real time moving sound source, with a low latency beetwen the sound sorce movement and the sound response (hearing effect). Can you suggest me any VST plug-in with very low response time?

if so look for doppler effect plug

if not give an example
