This turned out to be the result of a pattern pasted into Manytone from another VST. What had been an edit in the cutoff of Eve One became an edit on velocity in the zones section of Manytone. Something to remember -- that edits like this can have unintended consequences when they're pasted into another VST.

MOD EDIT: Here is the original post below ... The problem was caused by Automation data recorded in the host not by anything wrong with UBK.
(After just a little messing around, I'm getting a lot of notes dropping out in Orion Platinum. Haven't had a problem yet with Sonar 3.
I'll paste a row of patterns in and start moving from one to the other, and after a while the patterns either go out all together or play only a couple of notes. Insert a new Manystation, paste in the patterns, and the same thing happens.)
