triggered by another thread this morning i realised im one of those people who (as well as being happy to pay commercial devs for quality software) use a fair few freeware gems but never remember / think / get round to offering thanks for them ...

... so rather than PM / email everyone individually id like to give public thanks to the following devs whos freeware stuff i regularly use ...

(this list is by no means exhaustive or objective BTW ... nor is it in any order)

If it wasnt for these generous folks many, including myself would not have any form of access to music software.

I'll add my voice to the chorus... even though I can't really sing. Anybody got a copy of Autotune on their machine?

Anyway, there is some really amazing free stuff out there these days. You could virtually (pun intended) put a whole, high quality, studio together without spending a single dime on software. These are truly great times to be a an electronic musician.

Nice thread. I use so many great free plug-ins. I havent seen ugo's name in this thread yet. Thanks to all the devs who share their hard work and passion with the rest of us. It is you guys who are providing fuel for the revolution.
