DS404 not receiving all controllers

I have been enjoying the DS404 sampler. However, I am not able control the filter cut-off and resonance from my Oxygen 8. I can successfully send volume and pan controllers, though. As a note, I have been able to control filter and resonance using other Muon synths, including the CM101. The manual suggests that I should be able to do the same with the DS404. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
I use Digital Performer 2.72 with VSTWrapper (or Pluggo) on a Pismo Powerbook w/512 mb ram running OS 9.04.

DS404 needs to receive the MIDI controller messages on the same channel as the timbre is "tuned to". So, if you have setup timbre #1 in the mixer to receive on MIDI channel #2, to affect the filter cutoff for this sound you need to send the appropriate controller message on MIDI channel #2.
Which MIDI CC number are you sending for filter cutoff? should be 82 as listed in the back of your manual.

Dave

Dave, thanks for your response. I am able to control volume, pan and pitchbend . . . so I'm pretty sure I am transmitting on the correct channel. I simply cannot get DS404 to respond to any controllers 75-109. To eliminate DP/VSTWrapper as the problem, I tried the same thing in Muzys and still was unable to control the filter remotely. I also sent cc82 manually from the sequencer and got no response. Where else can I be going wrong? I'm really stuck on this one. Thanks for your help.

Can you try CC numbers starting from 40 onwards - from looking at an older version of the code, there may have been a bug.....

Success! If I take the list of controllers at the end of manual and start at 40 (instead of 75), I can control those parameters remotely (I didn't try them all, but of the 7 or 8 I tried, they all worked). Thanks Dave.

This is a bug, unfortunately. During testing, we changed the base CC number to 40 but it should have been changed back to 75 before release
The PC version is unaffected, but be aware the Mac CC's will be put right to 75 in a future update.
