SF2 never worked correctly for me. The soundfonts it produces don't load into the NNXT in Reason, you have to open the soundfont with an editor and resave it for it to work.

The only real downside to sampling with Chainer is that it doesn't create loops. On the other hand, it makes a great 1-2 punch with VSampler; you can import the wavs, loop them set keyranges and then export as sf2.

I LOOOOOOOVE chainer. My only FR is to have Midi key range settings available on each channel. It has note transposition so why not key ranges?????
