If you don't have anything going on in the arrangement view, hitting record will record every movement you make just the same as bouncing in real time. Then just render to disk.

You could also route all of your tracks to a new stereo track and record to it.

The option to "resample" (select as the input of a new track) records your whole arrangement as a performance in real-time to a simple audio file.
