hi,
Ive only recently started having a look at the FPC, is its main use just to have all your drum sounds in one channel? Its a bit annoying how it doesent auto name the samples you put into it.
How on earth do you shorten the release of a sample in the FPC?
cheers

use the pianoroll and all your questions will be answered.
If you notice fpc is set up like a drum machine, it's also mapped to GM2, so when you use it the pianoroll the drums are labeled, also you can adjust the length ib the pianoroll...

btw if it were just to put samples on one channel you could use a layer, however each drum has more then one sample, so different velocities trigger different ssamples for a more realistic sound...you should be able to find more drumkits at the forum and on the samplefusion site...
