hi,

Ive only recently started having a look at the FPC, is its main use just to have all your drum sounds in one channel? Its a bit annoying how it doesent auto name the samples you put into it.

How on earth do you shorten the release of a sample in the FPC?

use the pianoroll and all your questions will be answered.

If you notice fpc is set up like a drum machine, it's also mapped to GM2, so when you use it the pianoroll the drums are labeled, also you can adjust the length ib the pianoroll...;)

btw if it were just to put samples on one channel you could use a layer, however each drum has more then one sample, so different velocities trigger different ssamples for a more realistic sound...you should be able to find more drumkits at the forum and on the samplefusion site...;)
