Yeah, I take no prisoners. But, I am only into selling things I know are great. Then I have the passion fuel to stand on my soapbox and end my speech with "JUST GET IT!!!!"Joseph Burrell wrote:Whimper... You're really make this difficult for me Squids. LOL

I pre-ordered the day the pre-order opened but I'd do it again.
Question Squids,
About CSR, are there any controls to tweak, or is it just one preset (or more) that you select. I know it won't be as control heavy as the full thing but will we have some control over its sound.

Squid out of interest what is the CPU load like with CSR

It takes some. But, not too bad. It's actually available as part of the insert fx too but I wouldn't use it that way or it will of course take up more than the other reverb will and that already was not ideal to set up as inserts on every part. But, luckily, there are 5 sends to a global set of 5 effects and CSR can be chosen in there. If you use this high end reverb once with an effect send then its fine.baggio wrote:Squid out of interest what is the CPU load like with CSR

If you want CONTROL-CITY then of course the REAL CSR will be available. I will push to see if there can be some kind of intro crossgrade for Miro users to CSR. We'll see. Maybe!

I don't know what else we can do for incentives at this point. I've done my best to make it fun to be the first to get it. Now it is up to you if you're ready for it. Here's the link: http://www.esoundz.com/details/viewDeta ... ductID=543
Heck squids, I'd be happy just to have the poster you mentioned, but a bonus combi disc?? That's GREAT!

Awesome if true.Squids wrote:The authorization is also done to where you CAN finally now wipe your entire system as much as you want and not have to get a new ID and re-authorize etc etc. At least I think this is the case (I rarely do that myself but conceptually I should be right because it obtains the digital ID from a different place than usual).
Wow! Thanks. That's fantastic! So, just to let you know we are going to have a special "bonus combi performance disc" free for anyone who pre-orders the Philharmonik full or crossgrade from esoundz.com That's a little gift for your support and patience.

Actually, we decided to do it as a download which makes more sense. But, yeah! Basically, there are endless combi ideas we have for it and so we just kept going. In fact, I had intended to do this for Sonik Synth 2 as well. So, I am probably going to gift (even after the fact) all of our SS2 supporters on esoundz with a special set of combis soon as well. I mean "esoundz" is about SOUNDS so that should be one of the benefits of going there that is different than other places that sell many other things that esoundz doesn't.nexussynth wrote:Squids wrote: So, just to let you know we are going to have a special "bonus combi performance disc" free for anyone who pre-orders the Philharmonik full or crossgrade from esoundz.com That's a little gift for your support and patience.

You mean our drool? It's not worth that much. It depends whose it is too. My drool is a little more high end because I probably had something really gourmet recently. On the other end of the spectrum we have an employee we call "Loopus". (full nick name is actually "Budget Buzz Loopus Squirrel Mullet MacGuilicuty The Third"). His drool (which occassionally flies out of his mouth when he laughs) is probably nasty. Not worth much in the drool market at all... or were you talking about something else?harmony gardens wrote:Here's an idea,,,, how about Sonik Reality drool buckets!!I don't know what else we can do for incentives at this point. By the way, we were talking today about making a show called "Sonic Reality TV". It's just live cameras in our office really. A good mix of drama and humor. An interesting bunch of characters. They'd make a good improv group actually. (back up plan #23

For our german speaking companions, here is a link to a music glossary which seems to be OK to look up articulation topics.
http://www.mv-sulzbach.de/glossar/index.htm
Sul ponticello is explained correctly in there. I'm really curious to hear the sul ponticello patch from Philharmonik.
I met this girl last year, pro cello player, and that's one of the articulations she demonstated to me. And I thought, wow that sounds almost like coming from a synthesizer.
She was very cute and very good looking as well and we happend to meet in the UK and the rest of the story is top secret (maybe there is no story and that's why?)
