Really want to know.

This is a joke, right?

wrong forum. Should be in hosts. Oh, and you might want to get a fecal repelling umbrella, because you're about to get hit by a barrage of "that is a ridiculous question" posts, -sorry. :?

People 'round here mean well, and in time you'll come to love it here. Stay out of HPC, though unless you like gore. :hihi:

Oh, and I love FL studio but it depends on the music you make, your budget, and which workflow you prefer. Cheers ! :)

Like one person said, it depends on what you want to do. FLStudio is okay for software synths and absolutely wonderful for drum sequencing, loop recording, and mixing on the fly, but it's a nightmare for MIDI sequencing (both hardware and software that supports more than one MIDI channel), especially if you're using an Emu soundcard or an M-Audio Audiophile. It doesn't work well for audio recording, too. FLStudio's good for techno, dance, DnB, trance, etc. and software synths but not much else.

I personally prefer to work in a Cakewalk/Sonar environment, because I write general contemporary music and use any instrument I feel like writing for at that time. Sonar is a good "jack-of-all-trades" sequencer, but it's pretty pricey.
