Ron, as you have Audition (don't you?) you could always use the very precise EQ and filter effects it offers when they are required. (So long as Audition is set up in Tracktion as your external wave editor, you can select an audio clip and simply hit [Ctr+W], do your edit, save and return automatically to Tracktion. I know this isn't ultimatly what you want, but for filtering out unwanted frequenies it should be ideal (until Mackie get around to releasing their own long awaited channel strip plug .

as bk said, the dynamic part can be turned off (bua actually it's a great und unique feature). gilsseq sound great. and the sprctrum overlay function is especially good when mixing. so for me there is no questzion: glisseq is the best for mixing (regardless the price range)
