Well, in that case... I hope you do realize that what I've said are just suggestions, trying to see this project as a radio first and foremost, not as a way for any particular forum or website to gain more attention.

Nothing I've said is a rule set in stone, and there are no requirements to withdraw anything related to the project from any site. I'm simply trying to see things from Rob's end - and suggest things that would make his job easier.

It's his project and if I'm committing myself to it, he'll be my boss, not the other way around

As for getting attention to the sites / forums related to this thing... naturally all will be referred to and links provided, in my vision. So it'd mean even more visibility, not less.

In other words... I'm not suggesting a "JMH" or "BombSquad" radio station and website, but a site attached and dedicated to the radio station. Not moving or surely not forcing anyone to use the site and things that are on offer, forums etc. It's all up to Techbot, I'm merely telling what's possible.

I have no fantasies whatsoever that I'd be building up a site that attracts a lot of people away from KVR or any other forum, that's actually something I don't want to do at all. And I've put some effort in trying to explain it...

In case I haven't said it (I said it to Rob), you've provided valuable support to a lot of things, and that's why I referred to you as a great guy in my last mail. I guess I should do the right thing and email you the relevant bits, and explain things to you... to avoid further misunderstandings?

Sad to see your next posting. But I'm not going to delete anything I just wrote, as I'm trying to be honest here.

JMH: Please slow down. This thread is for submissions only(it's only one thread) not really discussion as stated in the original post. I am finding it difficult to find the submissions. As I do this on the fly.

Other than that this is the kind of stuff thats better discussed via email. I thought that was what we agreed.

I'd like to keep this, free of noise. It was how I came up with this idea in the first place. A way of listening to tunes without waiding through long txt(which I too can be guilty off, despite my few number of posts). And if you here a tune you like you can go find where it originates.

Can any tell me if I play an ogg will it come thru on shoutcast, I want to try one of Mystahr's experiments, It works on winamp.

Indeed it is. For the longest time I tried to catch all possible café offerings and review them all; but alas those days are over. I still download a lot of tracks, but this is now great to hear these all back to back.
