Live 5 unlock offline problem

Just upgraded to Live 5, downloaded and installed it. Using it on a computer which never connects to internet, so want to unlock it offline.

Unfortunately, when I go to Ableton's unlock page, it only offers unlock options for Live up to version 4.1. How do I get an unlock code for Live 5?
