I would say for sheer VFM - 'Microdicer', it is pretty current and easy to use.
Everything else just gets more expensive - to the point of being overpriced.
Try Microdicer before you buy though, it can be a little tempremental!

Get EXT.. But in addition to that you might wait for something called liveslice. Its gonna kick ass.
