Voxengo had one similar to Spectrix, but I think it has been taken down.

oh and ttoz.. have you tried the plug in on the digital fish phones site that is used to STOP denormal problems? its called Normalizer. Mabye that will help with your Dominion problems=)

AFAIK a host can only offer PDC if the plugins report their latency to the host ... not all do ...

(dont actually know about dominion though TBH)
