all I can say is.. perhaps be thankful it wasnt for a much more expensive purchase..
sadly though wouldnt it cost more money to take them to court win or lose than it would be to just take the hit?

If anyone can find ANY info on the magix page, that eversions need internet to be ACTIVATED, let me know, at least that way I know I'm wrong.
I once bought Magix Studio, I think version 5. It solved a lot of my audio problems and was really instrumental in getting me back into making music. Then I upgraded to version 6, which added a VST host, but still had a lot of the annoyances of the original version (The audio program is excellent, but the midi program can be a pain, and the integration is horrible.)ttoz wrote:I bought this:
